Mission

Gliderbase constantly strives to provide high quality information to paragliding pilots. We will keep adding wings and features. With growing traffic, our costs grow. Just like any site on the internet, we'll have to cover hosting and maintenance costs to continue providing the service for free. So we welcome support and partnerships.

Audience

Gliderbase is online since August 2018 and has seen around 10.000 unique visitors so far, 1.500 of those in January 2019. People spend 5 minutes on average on the website. Most time is spent on the wing list, using the filters. Around 15% of visitors proceed to compare specific wing sizes. Around 6% of visitors go to the manufacturer's site for a specific wing.
